Why? A slight distraction from the life of a tax accountant caught up in a world of billable hours.

The name?  EHF is the one day, will be name of my tiny shop serving delicacies like baked brie with almonds, crab stuffed mushrooms, balsamic heirloom tomato stacks and a risotto for every season.
